Inlcusion and Accessibility

Diversity, equal opportunities and accessible therapy.

I aim to offer a respectful, inclusive and non-judgemental space where you can bring all parts of who you are. This includes your culture, ethnicity, faith or belief, sexuality, gender identity, relationship style, age, disability, neurodivergence, body, class, background and life experiences.

I recognise that people can be affected by discrimination, inequality, exclusion and systems or environments that have not always felt welcoming or accessible. Therapy can offer space to explore how these experiences may have shaped your sense of self, relationships, safety, belonging and wellbeing.

I am committed to working in an accessible and responsive way. If you are disabled, visually impaired, neurodivergent, living with a long-term health condition, or have any access needs, we can talk together about what would make therapy more manageable and comfortable for you.

  • In-person, online and phone sessions available, depending on what best supports your access and comfort.

  • You are welcome to discuss adjustments, communication preferences, pacing, breaks, or anything else that helps therapy feel more accesible.

  • I will not assume I know your experience. I will meet you with curiosity, respect and care.
